You're a good write...Haha, Angel, you crack me up. You're a good writer too, so ... well, at first I thought HFCS stood for Holy Fuck Cunt Slut but I guessed wrong. In a good way ;)

Thanks for the recommendation. I bought the book with both skepticism and hope. I've been on the South Beach & Zone before, and lost weight on both, but felt ultimately really bloated (though I looked skinny) and really freaken miserable. I kept tricking myself that I was full when I wasn't. And that's when the binging started and I gained 20 FREAKEN POUNDS! My natural set weight is 118-120, but now I'm like 133...and my lowest was 110.

Anyway, I bought the book, and so far I'm loving the green lemonade. My grandma used to make that for me years ago. I'm crossing my fingers that it works. I'm also a level 3, and the author's very on-point with where I am in my diet-life right now.

Couple of questions if you could answer for me:
-Do you eat the recommended deserts every day?
-Do you eat any deserts?
-Or Larabars with your salad? (Larabars taste too sweet sometimes and make me feel bloated)
-How much weight have you lost?
-Are you "regular" if you know what I mean...?

Thank you for your help:) You have no idea how nice it feels to speak to someone who knows where I may be coming from.

And I'm Asian (Chinese) too, btw. ;)Skylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09975451919633248094noreply@blogger.com
